social bushwalk - wollemi glow worm cave walk

Experience a unique journey to the Glow worm tunnel  in the Wollemi Wilderness area. Our walk takes us through beautiful heathland, towering sandstone cliffs and a gully of ancient forest and panoramic views of the Wolgan Valley. The highlight of the trip is our walk through Glow Worm  tunnel. In the 1920's this tunnel had steam engines running though it to deliver Shale to the Newnes, but today it is inhabitated by tiny glow worms. Looking up at these tiny creatures of light is like looking up at the milky way on a star filled night. A delicious lunch and snacks to enjoy all the way are included. A great day out and a fantastic way to meet new friends.

Why not join us for the whole weekend?
