pay on the night | For those who choose to pay on the night at the tennis,
you will need to email us with your intention to attend, as this
is a catered event and we need to ensure we have ample food.
Simply click on the link above to advise us you are attending.
Please mention 'Social Tennis' in the subject line and include
the number of people in your group. Please be aware this
activity may sell out, so we recommend guaranteeing your
place by pre-paying.
Note: emailing your intention to attend does not qualify you for

what to bring | Bring your own tennis racquet. If you do not have a
racquet please email us and let us know. |
what to wear | Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for tennis
and runners. Please bring warm clothing for in between games. |
what happens
if it rains | This sctivity will still go ahead if it rains
(Bring a light weight wet weather jacket
if there looks likes there is a chance of rain), however
if the weather is extreme the event will be postponed to
another date. Pre-paid tickets will be credited to the
new date or another future event, sorry we cannot
refund your money. An events weather check will be posted on the day
on this website, click below to check whether this

cancellations | IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior
to the start of an event. Bookings will not be transferred to another
date if you do not show up or cancel on the day, as activities are
fully catered.
Your booking will not be transferred to another date if it rains -
transfers will only happen if Life's An Adventure cancel the
event because of extreme weather conditions- in which
case you will be notified by phone prior. |

the night | When you arrive on the night, you will need to check in
with your Life's An Adventure Staff. You must sign for
any pre-paid tickets or pay cash if you have chosen
the 'pay on the night' option and fill in our indemnity form.
